Education

Knowledge is the key to helping overcome the stigma, myths, turmoil and devastation that too often come with Substance Use Disorder. JMFF conducts extensive research in order to uncover the most timely and effective evidence-based educational programming for youth, parents and families.  To that end, JMFF been instrumental in identifying and implementing leading academic coursework and parent training programs in over a dozen Chicago area schools, and our efforts have benefitted more than 1100 individuals.  In addition, JMFF collaborates with area partners to bring noted speakers to our communities, and to provide resource guides in order that individuals may quickly and easily become aware of helpful options and offerings.
